NON-LICENSED BUYERS – Winning bidders will have a $100 deposit charged to your credit card after you won a vehicle. The balance is due in CASH or Certified Funds on the scheduled pickup day. NOTE: If your credit card is not valid or we are not able to charge your purchases or a deposit for vehicles, YOUR LOT or LOTS PURCHASED WILL BE FORFEITED. If you are the winning bidder this $100 will be applied to your invoice. All lots are Sold in AS-IS condition with no guarantees to condition, title status or operability. NO REFUNDS AND NO RETURNS. Your bid is a binding contract. Please read and understand our BUYERS FEES which will be added to each lot. Buyers will be responsible for any and all fees charged back due to NSF (NON SUFFICIENT FUNDS)
