Auction Rules ..

YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AND HAVE CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO BID. When you place a bid your card will be authorized for $100 charge PER EACH VEHICLE. If you won, your card will be charged $100 for each vehicle you won. 

 All bidders must register to bid, only the register bidder may claim the vehicle. If you need help or rush approval,

call the Auction and customer service will walk you through the

process. Dealers, have your Dealer License ID and expiration date

ready, Private customers, have your driver’s license and expiration

Ready.

HOW DO I BID?

Log in to the Auction Website, Autoauctionmarketplace.com. Click View and you will see the vehicles Running. Start bidding.

HOW DO I KNOW I HAVE WON ? The easiest way is to log back in, it will show you vehicles won.  It is your responsibility to check to see if you are the highest bidder. You will also receive an email and the next steps.

IF BID  An IF bid is a bid placed below the reserve price of an item. Although the bidder is not declared the winner at the end of the auction, they may be contacted by the auctioneer with a counteroffer to purchase the item. The bidder should check their dashboard to find out if they have received a counteroffer.

HOW DO I PAY?  As explained above, $100 per vehicle will be charged when you won a vehicle. Usually within an hour you will receive a bill of sale showing total due minus $100 you paid by card. Total due amount will be paid on the site where car is located. Cash, credit card (everything except American Express), certified check, wire transfer or personal check/company checks if they are accompanied by a guarantee from your bank. Credit card payments will have upcharge of 4% to cover cards fees.  Auction will have the billing paperwork and the keys once payment is received.

HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP MY CAR? Usually, the vehicles will be billed and

ready for pickup by the end of business on the day of the auction. If you

need a rush, let the auction managers know.

CARS MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP NO LATER 48 hours after the

auction or you will be charged storage fees. 

This is an “AS IS Auction”, we do everything in our power to list the

cars condition accurately and highlight the major flaws in advance on

the site. All vehicles sold as is how is, where is.

It is the buyers’ responsibility to review and judge vehicle condition

before bidding.

AFTER THE SALE IS OVER No repairs of any kind. No locksmiths allowed Towing offers flat rate outs, inquire when making final payment. Any tow company wanting to pick up from here, must be insured with general liability, workman’s comp & provide and hold harmless on company letterhead.

VEHICLE AVAILABILITY AND REFUND POLICY Seller Responsibility: The seller is responsible for ensuring that the listed vehicle remains available for sale until the auction concludes and the buyer completes the transaction. Unavailability of Vehicle: In the rare event that a vehicle becomes unavailable after being sold at auction, the buyer will be issued a full refund of any payments made. Refund as Sole Remedy: The refund of any payments made shall be the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy. The auction platform, seller, and Auto Auction shall not be liable for any additional damages, including but not limited to lost time, transportation costs, or potential profit. Good Faith Compliance: Sellers must act in good faith to ensure all listed vehicles remain available. Repeated instances of vehicle unavailability may result in penalties or suspension from the auction platform. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from vehicle unavailability shall be resolved per the dispute resolution process outlined in these auction terms.
